Instead of still going to the HD for your home repair help, I would suggest going to your small local independent home improvement retailer, or if you absolutely must an Ace or True Value. You will get friendlier people wanting to help solve your problem, usually faster and less expensive. Not to mention the fact that you'll be getting accurate information for knowledgeable people and not just someone a big chain hires off the street. Also, you'll be supporting the local economy by purchasing from the local independent.

This rant seems completly pointless to me. Just because an employee of a store doesn't know about a particular type of cell phone that the company doesn't carry, and doesn't carry any accessories for, is not a direct reflection of the company. I would challenge you to enter a Wal-Mart, where they do carry the iPhone, and see if every employee there knows about your phone...I would guess the answer would be no. Now that would be something to rant about.

Any firm allowing such outlandish customer-unfriendly actions is doomed to failure.

And rightly so.

There is no shortage of food joints infesting the cities of the once-sovereign USA.

And with MILLIONS of illegal aliens willing to work at low wages since they are used to a 2nd- or 3rd-world life-style and are used to 2, 3, or more families per dwelling unit can thus exist at what is a non-livable wage for you and me, there will be no shortage of sub-par workers to man those multitudes of food establishments.

I ate at the named scarf-n-barf once and noted what I thought were prices on the high end, especially for the quality and quantity of the food tossed upon the plate then slid across the semi-clean table surface.

If willing to give the firm another chance to absolve themselves of their culinary sin, perhaps a letter to the corporate head office telling of the affair may lead to them atoning via a coupon for a free meal or sumpthin'.

Wow, I am really sorry that you had that experience. I have never had but the best service and their prices are just fantastic. Sometimes it happens (even with the best stores such as micro) but I wouldn't say that they are folding anytime soon. Maybe next time you should talk to a supervisor? Thanks for letting me share.

A bit more about this one. I tried to submit a comment to Taco Bell via their website, but it wouldn't go through. Their entire online comment system is very stupid.

1. Birthdate: required. Why?
2. Mailing address line 2 (the one that very few people use): required. I just put "none".
3. Restaurant street address, city, state, zip, phone: required

After all of that, I simply got an "Internal Server Error". Very nice.

So, I called 1-800-TACOBELL. That was actually a pretty good experience. A nice woman took my comments and contact info, and promised that it would be looked into. I'll be sure to post again if I hear anything from them.
