		<description>Wow, I am really sorry that you had that experience.  I have never had but the best service and their prices are just fantastic.  Sometimes it happens (even with the best stores such as micro) but I wouldn't say that they are folding anytime soon.  Maybe next time you should talk to a supervisor? 		<description>A bit more about this one.  I tried to submit a comment to Taco Bell via their website, but it wouldn't go through.  Their entire online comment system is very stupid.

1. Birthdate: required.  Why?
2. Mailing address line 2 (the one that very few people use): required.  I just put "none".
3. Restaurant street address, city, state, zip, phone: required

After all of that, I simply got an "Internal Server Error".  Very nice.

So, I called 1-800-TACOBELL.  That was actually a pretty good experience.  A nice woman took my comments and contact info, and promised that it would be looked into.  I'll be sure to post again if I hear anything from them.</description>
